Visitor Visa

An Australian visitor’s visa (subclass 600) is formally known as a short-term travel permit with which the holder can travel to Australia for non-essential purposes such as tourism and certain business purposes. In short, it is just one of the tourist visas in Australia. With an Australian visitor’s visa, you can travel to Australia for unnecessary purposes such as hiking, visiting friends, sailing, or other purposes. However, you may not work with or receive medical treatment with an Australian visitor’s visa. The Australian Home Office, on the other hand, says you can take short courses with this type of visa. However, if the purpose of your trip is to study, it is recommended to apply for an Australian study visa.

This visa stream allows people to come to Australia to visit family members through the sponsorship of a family member allowing to live in Australia for 3 to 12 months.
During their stay, applicants can register and study for up to three months. Immigration may require the sponsor to pay a bond

Tourist Stream

This visa stream allows people to visit Australia as a tourist, on holiday, or to visit family and friends in Australia. The duration of the visa can be from 3 to 12 months, however, for a tourist visa you are not allowed to work during your stay.

Family Stream Sponsored

This visa stream allows people to come to Australia for business purposes only. The applicant must be outside Australia when the application is submitted and a decision has been made on the application. A visa may allow you to enter Australia one or more times as long as the visa is valid.

Business Visitor Stream

This visa stream lets people come to Australia for business purposes only. The applicants must be outside Australia while applying and the decision is made on the application.

The visa might allow you to enter Australia once or many times as long as the visa is valid.
