Siddhartha Raj Bhandari completed his Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from TU, Nepal. He did his master degree in ICT from Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok, Thailand and master degree in Information and Communication Services from the Telecom Sudparis, France. He worked as a Research Engineer in two European Union projects named DiYSE and WoO while he lived in France. He worked as a visiting research fellow at The University of Queensland and CSIRO Australia. He continued Ph.D. in the department of Engineering Architecture and Information Technology of UQ. He was a graduate teaching assistant at the UQ teaching Bachelor and Master degree students at UQ. He was a research trainer at the Intersect Australia. He is currently involved in education consultancy and is the Managing director of The Opal Australia Foundation Limited, a not for a profit organization working in the field of abroad study and higher education.
Pitambar Subedi completed his higher education in business study. He migrated to Australia as an Electrical professional. He is currently working as an electrical engineer in Sydney. He is a lifelong learner. He explores many things, among them Vocational education is one. He knows how vocational education helped himself to develop confidence and his dream career. He has in depth technical as well as theoretical knowledge in various vocational subjects like construction, electricity, and mechanical. Pitambar will help our students, how to persevere; look for challenges and convert them into the opportunity.
Santhosh completed master degree in computer engineering, in Sydney with good grade. He was not much aware of Australian IT job market and skills employers look in hiring process. After completing the degree, he focused himself in developing realistic IT skills through training. He was committed as a result he found the job he wanted as a System administrator. Now, he works as an IT consultant in a top IT company in Sydney. We and our students can learn quite valuable lesson from him. He will share his stories and advice students how they can prepare for the career they are interested in from the beginning of their study.
Sharan Bhatta was a successful entrepreneur establishing hospitality businesses in Nepal. Twist and turn happens in life, he met one Australian customer who convinced him that he should go abroad and learn. He took the challenge and came to study hospitality in Brisbane. He had a deep knowledge in hospitality; he did not have any problem in getting part time job and study. His experiences in Nepal helped him to work in top five star hotels in Brisbane. He completed his hospitality degree and now he is working as a Chef in one of the top hospitals in Brisbane. He is a perfect example for our new generations to understand the importance of skills. He developed his skills in Nepal and he easily got the value of it. He will share his experiences to our students how to focus on skills and careers than education itself.
Shiva Hari Ghimire completed his diploma in Mechanical engineering. After completing his diploma, he got a job offer in one Hydro power construction. He worked as a Mechanical supervisor mastering his knowledge in mechanical engineering. He switched his job from hydro power to a mechanical structural company where he worked in diverse projects: designing turbine, large mechanical structures, airplane seats and many more. He decided to take further challenges by starting a company on his own. He is a successful entrepreneur from Nepal and a typical role model for any students who aspire to work in mechanical field. He also holds a position as a consultant in a micro hydro power in his village. He is very much excited to join our team and share his experiences in the field of mechanical engineering. It is really a worth looking at his trail and learn from that to a road to success.
Hari Raj Adhikari completed his Masters Degree in English and Sanskrit in Nepal. He spent more than five years teaching IELTS in Chitwan and Kathmandu, Nepal. He worked as a teacher, education consultant at the same time. He wanted to study further and did his Master Degree in TESOL from Bond University, Goal Coast.He managed to help many Nepali students to develop their career with his counselling sessions. He has personal experiences of working relentlessly in the course while he was in Australia. He knows how it feels like sleeping a few hours in university for submitting assignment and how it feels like working part time in three jobs at a time. Hari will share all his difficulties and help students to manage work, study and family.
Murari Bhandari completed his Bachelor degree in Micro Biology in Nepal. Along with his friends following the trend, he decided to come to Australia for further education. He studied a degree in Hospitality and get permanent residency (PR). He had his determined plan to continue the degree in microbiology at any time he could. After completing the degree, He teamed with friends and started own restaurant business in Brisbane. He would never settle without following his dream of pursuing a career in microbiology. He joined the University of Queensland for a master degree in microbiology. Currently he is doing a PhD in Microbiology in the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. He still manages to run his business along with his PhD study. He likes to help students to follow their dream career amidst different setbacks.
Sarad Subedi completed his diploma in hospitality from a college in Kathmandu Nepal. He continued his education in the field by joining Bachelor degree in a Malaysian university. He returned back to Nepal and starts his career in hospitality. After some time Sarad found himself gravitating more into computer field especially in design. He took a course and started learning computer graphics and website design. He was a self employed in the field of digital and social media marketing. He currently works as a full time office bearer of Interlace in Kathmandu. Sarad is involved in many areas: education and career counselling, designing website, developing digital content and digital marketing. He is passionate learner with a range of skills. He knows how to search for new knowledge in the internet. He can advise others how and which IT tools are useful. He shares his academic and professional experiences. He will help young enthusiast on how to follow passion and learn new skills.
